This Amazon’s Choice cooling mattress is not only affordable, but it also arrives in a box within days. The top layer is made of gel-infused memory foam that draws heat away from the body. It also has an open-cell structure which makes it breathable.

Notes from the Tester It was comfortable to sleep on, and didn’t overheat. Although it took some time to fully form after our review, and it doesn’t feel as luxurious or as comfortable as the pricier models in our review, it’s still a great choice if you want to spend less on Amazon.

Casper’s side-sleepers will love this mattress. It aligns your spine and is ideal for side sleepers. The mattress is not too firm, and it has pressure relief zones that ensure you don’t put extra weight on your hips or shoulders. Wave Hybrid mattresses are available at an additional cost. They have coils that provide better support and allow for more airflow.
It’s made from The cooling aspect of it contains several layers of foam, each with a different density. This includes its AirScape foam, which has holes for breathing and has a layer of cooling gel.
Notes from a Tester This mattress was praised by testers for its pressure relief and cradling comfort. Although it has a medium firm rating some testers were surprised by how soft it felt — which could be beneficial for side sleepers.
